GoDirek ("we," "us," or "our") provides a direct mail marketing and lead-management platform for real estate wholesalers, investors, and agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specifically how we handle phone numbers used for SMS communication.

Information we collect

When a real estate professional uses GoDirek to manage their business, we process information about property owners and leads that our customers input or import, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. We also collect account information from our customers (name, email, organization details) and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, usage logs).

SMS & phone number data

Phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communication are used solely to send the messages a property owner has agreed to receive from our customers (e.g., follow-up regarding a property inquiry). We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies depending on the follow-up sequence a lead is enrolled in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the platform: sending mail and SMS/email follow-ups on behalf of our customers, scoring and organizing leads, tracking calls, generating analytics, and maintaining account security. We do not sell personal information.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate GoDirek (e.g., our print-and-mail partner, SMS/email delivery providers, and cloud infrastructure providers), each bound to use that data solely to provide their service to us, and as required by law.

Your choices

Property owners contacted by a GoDirek customer can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and can request more information by replying HELP. Account holders can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us below.
