Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GoDirek, a direct mail marketing and lead-management platform for real estate professionals. By creating an account or using GoDirek, you agree to these Terms.

The service

GoDirek lets customers manage property lists, launch direct mail campaigns, track calls, and follow up with leads by SMS and email. Customers are responsible for the content they send and for having a lawful basis (including any required consent) to contact the people they upload or import into the platform.

SMS & email messaging

Message frequency for SMS follow-up sequences varies depending on the sequence a lead is enrolled in. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Customers may not use GoDirek to send messages to anyone who has not consented to be contacted, or to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GoDirek to violate any applicable law (including telemarketing and messaging regulations such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), to send unsolicited communications to recipients who have not consented, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Third-party providers

GoDirek relies on third-party providers to deliver mail, SMS, and email (including print/mail, telephony, and messaging partners). Delivery of any individual message is not guaranteed and is subject to those providers' own terms and any applicable carrier filtering.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

GoDirek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDirek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoDirek after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
